We take a small number of client-partners each year and build their platforms end-to-end: design, engineering, integrations, deployment, and launch, with mobile-responsive output by default. Two engagement models: Forged (full ownership) or Partnered (shared economics).
Forged is straightforward: you pay the build, you own everything at launch. It starts at $40K/month with a 6-month minimum. Most builds land between $250K and $720K total, with flagship enterprise engagements $800K and up. Partnered is for visionaries who want to reduce upfront cash. $6K-$12K/month retainer plus hard costs; we carry the rest of the team cost in exchange for a 50/50 revenue share and an optional buyout over 5 years. Same team, same quality on both paths.
At any point in the first five years you can buy out HivePowered's share at a multiple of our trailing 12-month revenue share. Year 1 is 2x. Year 2 is 3x. Year 3 is 4x. Year 4 is 5x. Year 5 is 6x. Early conviction is rewarded for you. Long-term patience is rewarded for us. After year 5 we renegotiate or continue in partnership indefinitely.
